SureClean delivers a tailored cleaning service to offices and factories on a daily basis, weekly facilities management and builder's cleans within the Shop fitting sector. The experience of working in these vastly different areas has helped us to become an efficient, flexible and proactive business, giving us the ability to address unforeseen problems, react to changing specifications and timetables, yet still remain financially competitive.
Our current portfolio of clients has grown steadily and has involved us utilising diverse methods and systems. SureClean have been involved with national multi site refurbishments working closely with both Boots and Co-op Pharmacies. In addition, the company also secured and successfully completed builder's cleans for Marks & Spencer, JD Sports and other similar high street retailers. This type of work coupled with the daily and weekly contract cleans has provided our operatives with a broader awareness of our customer needs.
SureClean is currently on site at Airbus, Chester. This project has developed from an initial one/two operatives in 2007 to an additional 3 cleaning staff with a working supervisor. Over a period of 187 hours per week from Monday to Friday, we are responsible for cleaning the complete support structure involving the following:
Similarly, our contract work with HLM Property Group has seen us provide multi site work across Wrexham, North Wales and Cheshire. We are responsible for the general cleaning requirements to all communal areas of the ground, 1st and 2nd floor apartment blocks. Cleaning specifications and timetables have been drawn up and monthly cleaning audits are carried out to ensure service levels meet our customer's expectations.
We are currently working towards Green Dragon accreditation and are participating in the Workforce Development Programme which has its basis in the Investors in People standard.
